Vision Statement:
Adapting the PAX Building will create functional spaces for the University of Iowa Dance Department tailored to teaching, research and performance in a way that is efficient, inspires creativity, is accessible and welcoming, and supports the unique needs of the program.

Goals:
– Become the new identity of the program and strengthen the dance community

– Reinforce the connection to the campus arts district and encourage collaboration with other disciplines

– Support engagement with the broader community

– Create spaces that can be utilized by multiple performing art departments.
