The desire for contemporary lake living and a site with a 40’ elevation change, resulted in a unique design for a family of five.  The design takes advantage of the beautiful lake views with floor-to-ceiling windows, indoor/outdoor living, and a rooftop communal space. A limited material palette for the interior and exterior of the home creates a muted, refined color palette that allows the setting to remain the focal point.
