Firm of Record is Substance Architecture

Marston Hall is the front door to Iowa State University’s world-class engineering program.  This renovation elevated the interior of the 1903 historic building to match the status of the program it serves.  All of the systems and interior finishes were replaced along with many structural modifications to create spaces that are beautiful and energy efficient, and that serve the changing needs of today’s teaching and learning.

Marston Hall is LEED Gold Certified.
