Masonic Block wins American Architecture Award

We are excited to announce that our Masonic Block project has won an American Architecture Award 2025 from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies. The design celebrates the historic fabric and natural beauty of the area while introducing new amenities and features, including all-electric utilities, to breathe new life into the once-abandoned structure.
