Originally a work yard for the Reliable Rug Company, this one-story office was an infill project between two buildings when Keosauqua Way was built in 1920.  Historic materials such as pressed metal ceilings, wood floors and windows and steel beams make this a unique workspace.  Daylight floods the space due to a recreated historic 60’ linear skylight.  A new ramp was built to make the split-level space accessible to all.
