Our client, Urban Dreams, a Des-Moines based non-profit organization, desired to grow the impact of their non-profit through the creation of a welcoming and accessible community hub. The facility now provides flexible, multipurpose spaces to accommodate a wide range of programs, events and critical services in response to evolving community needs.  The renovated space, once a warehouse, now includes spaces for a community food pantry, counseling services, youth-focused computer lab, a golf simulator and much more. This updated space allows Urban Dreams to strengthen its presence in the community by providing a safe and welcome place for all.
